Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Backend Engineer to drive the development of our Gen AI for Healthcare SaaS platform. As a key member of our early engineering team, you'll be responsible for shaping the architecture, leading the engineering efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge healthcare AI solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall architecture of our AI SaaS platform
• Lead the development of core platform services and ensure their seamless integration
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive technical documentation
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Actively contribute to infrastructure automation, monitoring, and alerting strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Some experience with all three major cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Significant experience with GCP in particular
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry

Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this role is between $220,000 and $280,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
