About The Role:

Solinas Integrity is expanding into the software space with a bold vision to build India’s first unified utility management platform for underground infrastructure . We’re looking for a Software Lead to scale our flagship platform, Swasth AI —a first-of-its-kind solution transforming how utilities inspect infrastructure, digitize assets, and make data-driven decisions.

This is not just another engineering role—this is an opportunity to shape the core technology, and create solutions that directly impact cities, critical infrastructure, and millions of lives .

You will work closely with the CEO and take ownership of building scalable, distributed systems from scratch. As a key technical leader, you will lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team , drive end-to-end product delivery, and make critical architectural decisions that define the future of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

●     Define and drive full-stack architecture for scalable enterprise applications

●     Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance across teams

●     Implement and customize SSO and IAM solutions using Keycloak or equivalent platforms

●     Design, build, and maintain microservices-based architectures

●     Develop asynchronous and event-driven systems using SSE, WebSockets, Webhooks, Kafka, or RabbitMQ

●     Optimize application performance through multithreading, asynchronous processing, and reactive programming (WebFlux)

●     Architect and develop modern web applications using ReactJS

●     Integrate and manage cloud services including AWS RDS, S3, EKS, ALB, Lambda, and Amplify

●     Collaborate closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience

●     Develop backend services and APIs using Java Spring and Python Flask , as required

●     Implement caching and messaging systems using Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ

●     Ensure high availability, scalability, security , and performance of applications

●     Contribute to DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

●     Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps

Required Skills & Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 7 - 10 years of software development experience

●       Strong expertise in Java (Spring, Spring Boot), microservices architecture, and backend system design

●       Hands-on experience with IAM/SSO solutions (Keycloak or similar) and solid understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, authentication & authorization

●       Deep expertise in ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management (Redux, Context API)

●       Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and real-time/event-driven systems (SSE, WebSockets, Webhooks, Kafka/RabbitMQ)

●       Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and reactive systems (WebFlux)

●       Experience with AWS cloud services (RDS, S3, EKS, ALB, Lambda) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

●       Proficiency in Git and modern software development best practices

Good to Have

●       Experience in AI/ML-based product companies or product-driven environments

●       Exposure to high-scale, low-latency systems

●       Knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
