We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Algorithm to join our team in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on incoPat related products. The team consists of 4 members and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• 5年以上算法相关项目经验，2年以上LLM项目经验
• 熟练掌握C++/python/java编程语言中的一种，熟悉C++优先；
• 熟悉常用机器学习，NLP，数据挖掘，搜索引擎等相关算法；
• 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业

It would be great if you also had . . .

• 有LLM、搜索系统、图像、预测等领域一项以上经验者优先；
• 英语口语听说读写流利，有与海外团队沟通交流经验者优先；
• 主动性强、学习能力强，易沟通，团队合作精神佳；
• 硕士及以上学历优先

What will you be doing in this role?

• 负责AI方向的算法研发；
• 负责智能分析核心模块的设计与开发；
• 负责NLP/数据挖掘/搜索引擎/等相关技术和算法研发；
• 调研并促进智能分析技术在公司多个业务领域的应用，并持续提升用户产品体验。

About The Team 团队主要职责提升核心产品的用户体验及开发核心算法模块，团队人数4人左右，向高级经理，软件工程部汇报

Hours of Work 工作时长8小时，不排除加班
