You will design and implement robot manipulation & control algorithm, motion planning systems and navigation system leading the development of robust, scalable solutions that redefine AI-driven robotics in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust general-purpose robotic manipulation modules.
Implement advanced algorithms in ROS, including real-time control and manipulation.
Design behavior trees and decision-making frameworks.
Integrate perception and control systems for autonomous robot operations.
Build and maintain simulation environments for system validation.
Lead the development of advanced algorithms for robot navigation and control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable robotics solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's (MS or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in Robotics, Manipulator systems, Control Systems, localization, mapping, and navigation.
Motion Planning algorithms for 6DOF manipulators.
Expertise in creating ROS2 drivers, with proficiency in MoveIt2 for manipulation and Nav2 for navigation tasks.
Proficiency in using simulation environments like Isaac Sim for realistic scenario testing and development.
Excellent programming skills in Python & C++ with familiarity in ROS.
Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
