The Role We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager – AI Platform to help define and drive the evolution of Unframe’s core platform.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, platform architecture, and product strategy . You’ll work closely with engineering and research to turn capabilities built across the company into reusable platform components that power many solutions.

You will help shape how our platform handles areas such as:

• AI agents and orchestration
• document intelligence pipelines
• integrations and data frameworks
• enterprise deployment and governance
• observability and platform infrastructure

What You’ll Do

• Define the platform vision and roadmap for Unframe’s AI platform
• Turn solution capabilities into reusable platform primitives
• Work closely with engineering to design scalable platform architecture
• Drive cross-team alignment across platform, research, and solutions teams
• Help shape enterprise-grade capabilities like governance, security, and deployment models
• Stay close to the evolving AI ecosystem and frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience building technical platforms or developer-facing products
• Strong technical depth and ability to work closely with engineers
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, or modern AI frameworks
• Systems thinker who enjoys solving complex architectural problems
