We are looking for a heavy-hitting engineer who treats software as a craft and possesses the product intuition to own systems end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shipping Applied AI:
You won't just be "bolting on" an API; you’ll be working with fine-tuned open-source models, RAG, and tool-use to generate drafts that users actually send.
- Total Ownership:
You will own both the product strategy and the execution. There are no PMs here to translate requirements for you.
- Building Core Infrastructure:
From training cutting-edge models to developing scalable infra, you'll be building the solutions to problems that people are dealing with today
What you'll bring
- Engineering Depth:
At least
5+ years of experience
shipping production software with deep expertise in
Python or TypeScript
.
- AI/ML Fluency:
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, inference optimization, and getting models to perform in production.
- Startup DNA:
You thrive with extreme autonomy and rapid iteration. You’re the type of person who can build an entire product feature—from research to model training—independently.
