What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Lead - HR Ops with 2-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist HR role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS, HR data management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. They should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled in HR analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to manage employee queries and collaborate across levels. This role is based in Pune and requires supporting end-to-end HR operations, driving process improvements, and enhancing employee experience.
