Galatek is seeking a Lead Field Service Engineer (FSE) to ensure the reliability, performance, and uptime of its laboratory automation instruments deployed across pharmaceutical, biotech, and research customers. This role is focused on the hands-on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automation systems. The Lead FSE serves as the technical authority for field service execution, owning instrument health throughout its lifecycle and acting as a key escalation point for advanced service issues. This is a senior, customer-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in demanding laboratory environments.
