Limbic’s vision is to make the highest-quality mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere. We’re achieving this by deploying AI to augment clinical care and reduce barriers to accessing therapy at scale. Limbic is widely used across the UK’s NHS and increasingly in the United States. We are also proud to be the first company to secure UKCA Class IIa certification for an AI mental health decision-support tool.
As Lead Clinical Researcher
, you will shape and deliver Limbic’s research strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to design, execute and communicate rigorous evidence on the impact, safety and usability of our AI-enabled products. Your work will span everything from rapid user-experience studies to large-scale clinical trials, and you will own the scientific process end to end — from study design to publication in high-impact journals.
A key part of this role is to strategically investigate how our products work and the outcomes they deliver, generating insights that both reinforce our evidence base and guide product development. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, growth, and clinical teams, and you will take on managerial responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a scientifically rigorous researcher who is excited by AI, motivated by real-world clinical impact, and energised by working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
