Job Description We are looking for a Lead Bioengineer to run and scale our molecular biology experiments in our "EpiC Lounge." You will coordinate with the product team to set research direction, plan experiments, build a strong molecular biology team, and ensure data translates into clear company decisions.

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience: 2+ years in a management role at a biotech startup, in addition to molecular biology wet lab experience (either academic or commercial). Must-Haves:

• Strong grounding in molecular biology fundamentals and lab processes.
• Proven ability to design experiments and diagnose failures.
• Experience planning and prioritizing experimental work under constraints.
• Clear scientific communication skills (to both biologists and non-biologists).
• Experience leading or coordinating a biology team (early-stage startup experience preferred, but open to those transitioning from larger companies). Good-to-Have:
• Hiring and mentoring experience.
• Cross-functional experience (product, engineering, data, GTM).
• Exposure to grants, collaborations, or industry–academic partnerships.
