Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer at OFI Services, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and generative AI solutions to solve complex enterprise challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including process mining, automation, data engineering, and consulting—to build scalable, production-ready AI systems that drive real business value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and build AI-driven applications, including Generative AI (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems , and intelligent automation workflows.
Lead end-to-end development of AI services—from data ingestion and model training to API development and enterprise integration.
Implement MLOps and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, retraining, and scalability of AI models.
Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills

Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Knowledge of distributed data systems and scalable ML infrastructure.
Familiarity with process mining and intelligent automation platforms (e.g., Celonis, RPA tools).
Experience working in consulting or client-facing enterprise environments .
Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.

Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI/ML, large language models, vector databases, embedding techniques, and agent-based frameworks.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , AI, Machine Learning, Data Science , or a related field.

5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering, including hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs .

Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face .

Practical experience integrating LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI , or similar.

Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate .

Proven experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes .

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
