How you’ll make a positive impact

• In this role, you’ll coordinate and drive our cross-functional launch activities, ensuring successful product and country launches delivered on time.
• As the key connector between different departments, you bring together teams from Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Customer Service to ensure a successful launch.
• You will manage launch plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities, ensuring clear visibility of progress, priorities, open actions and escalation needs.

Your recipe for success

• An academic degree in life sciences or business administration
• At least two years of experience in commercial operations, supply chain management, project coordination/management or regulatory operations (a background in pharma/medtech is beneficial but not mandatory)
• Experience working with data, dashboards, project management software and digital tools (ERP, CRM, Power BI, Monday.com)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders
• Excellent English skills are required; additional German skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills, the ability to support multiple launches simultaneously, a keen eye for detail, as well as a structured work style
