Orakl Oncology develops large cohorts of patient-derived organoids (PDO), from which we generate large volumes of data and train proprietary AI algorithms to help pharma teams develop new treatments for patients. In practice: we culture ~100 PDOs in parallel at any given time in the lab, screen dozens of drugs weekly and own a growing biobank with and an expanding client portfolio.

You will ensure the consistency of infrastructures, processes and operational standards to guarantee the laboratory’s scientific, technical and regulatory performance. We expect the lab manager to improve and optimise the Orakl laboratory workflows and standards.
You will have a direct and strong impact on the scientific and operational quality of the data we produce. We expect you to work with a high level of autonomy and you will report directly to the Laboratory Director.
