✓Perform Mock and Live DR Drill activities

✓Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for our clients.

✓Analyse both technical and operational issues to provide long-term solutions.

✓Work in domains such as Banking, Telecommunications, Insurance and more.

✓Provide guidance to L1 team members

✓Submit the RCA to client severity issues

✓Willingness to travel and work night shifts as per customer requirements.

✓Ability to work in a 24/7 support model and prioritize tasks effectively

Technical Requirements ✓Minimum 3+ year of Infrastructure support hands on experience

✓Good knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows/Database operating systems

✓Experience with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and more.

✓Hands-on experience with DR and BCP solution automation.

✓Familiarity with storage & replication technologies like NetApp, Hitachi, EMC, and IBM.

✓VMware/Hyper-V virtualization experience.

✓DR automation planning, product deployment, and administration.

✓ITILV1 DR Professional certification is a plus.

✓Knowledge of Cloud computing

✓Knowledge of load Network devices, balancer and DNS
