Role Description
Develop and validate vehicle body structures and occupant restraint systems, battery systems, Body and Closures Durability
using CAE simulation tools.
Perform crashworthiness and occupant protection analyses (frontal, side, and pedestrian protection).
Optimize component and system design to meet FMVSS, IIHS, ECE, GB, Euro NCAP, A-NCAP and other global safety regulations
Collaborate with design, testing, and R&D teams to translate simulation findings into design improvements.
Develop and refine virtual validation methods to enhance CAE accuracy and reduce physical testing needs.
Analyze and interpret crash results, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Mechanical, Aerospace, or Mechanics Engineering
.
Minimum 1 years of experience in vehicle crashworthiness or occupant protection simulation using LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH.
1 years of hands-on experience with CAE tools such as HyperWorks, LS-DYNA, Oasys Suite, Diadem, ANSA, Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, or OptiStruct.
Strong understanding of automotive structure design, crash behavior, and occupant kinematics.
