Full-time (Remote) Long-term * Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable server-side code using Kotlin, Typescript (for backend development and requires handling a complex central codebase); * Development frontend part using React; * Support production applications including on-call responsibilities; * Develop robust and secure RESTful APIs; * Help improve, expand and maintain our acquisition, applicant and customer APIs; * Design and implement database schemas with a focus on data consistency, integrity, and optimization; * Optimize and maintain database performance for high-volume applications; * Work with the engineering and product team to help bring the features on our ambitious roadmap to life for our customers. * Experience as a backend developer with a focus on Kotlin; * Experience with TypeScript as a backend developer; * Experience with React; * Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc); * Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration tools; * Experience with GitHub copilot or Gemini; * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.
