Position Summary
The Kitchen Manager / Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu execution, inventory management, ordering, food quality, cleanliness, and maintenance. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a professional who can balance operational excellence with creativity and team culture.
