Handle inbound and outbound leads; qualify mutual fund distributors and advisors
Conduct product demos and clearly explain Rabbit Invests value proposition
Move leads through Demo Trial Paid conversion stages
Follow up consistently with trial users and drive timely decisions
Assist new customers with onboarding and basic platform setup
Guide users through key workflows to ensure early activation
Resolve basic queries and escalate product or tech issues when required
Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned accounts
Ensure customers remain active and comfortable using the platform
Identify upgrade, renewal, or expansion opportunities
Maintain disciplined follow-ups, notes, and timelines
Focus on outcomes, not just conversationsconversions and onboarding completion matter
Preferred candidate profile
0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills encouraged
Fluent spoken English and Hindi (non-negotiable)
Confident on calls and video meetings
Comfortable speaking to customers and explaining software simply
Persistent with follow-ups; able to close loops without supervision
Organized with notes, timelines, and lead tracking
Willing to learn fintech products and distributor workflows
Exposure to sales, customer support, or finance is a plus (not mandatory)
Basic understanding of mutual funds or fintech preferred but teachable
Outcome-driven mindset; comfortable being measured on conversions and onboarding completion
