Key Responsibilities

1.Business Development for Semiconductor & High-Tech Manufacturing in Singapore & Malaysia

• Focus on the semiconductor industrial chain (wafer fabrication, packaging & testing facilities, etc.) and precision manufacturing enterprises across Singapore and Malaysia. Identify pain points in high-energy-consuming scenarios including cleanrooms, chillers and HVAC systems. Cater to clients’ strict requirements for production stability and maximum energy efficiency, deliver tailored AI-powered energy-saving solutions, and close the full business loop from pilot projects to plant-wide large-scale deployment.

2.Client Acquisition for Leading Conglomerates & Major Enterprises in Southeast Asia

• Target top regional conglomerates. Promote group-wide strategic cooperation on energy management and carbon neutrality for their commercial real estate portfolios (large shopping malls, office buildings), retail chains and industrial parks, and secure large-scale orders.

3.End-to-End Management for Complex Key Accounts

• Oversee the full customer lifecycle for foreign-funded key accounts, including lead generation, C-level / Plant Manager / Facility Director engagement, solution presentation, tender & bid management, business negotiation and contract finalization.

4.Regional Ecosystem Development & Channel Empowerment

• While driving direct sales, identify and partner with local reputable EPC contractors, energy management companies (EMC) and professional consulting firms, to build a solid sales ecosystem for foreign-funded key accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B key account sales, with long-term exposure to the Southeast Asian market.
2. Familiar with leading semiconductor & electronics manufacturers as well as top conglomerates in Singapore and Malaysia, with clear understanding of their internal procurement and decision-making processes.
3. Background in Automation, HVAC, energy management, Building Automation (BA) or industrial SaaS is highly preferred.
4. Capable of effective technical and business communication with clients’ Facility Managers, EHS Directors and Plant Managers, and adept at identifying technical pain points accurately.
5. Fluent English is a must: competent in business negotiation and drafting full English proposals.
