Position: E-Scooter Attribute Engineer

Working Location: Haiphong

Job Descriptions:

Define vehicle attribute targets for E-Scooter projects including structural, energy management, and ride and handling performance.
Conduct benchmarking studies on competitor scooters to establish competitive performance targets.
Analyze test and simulation data to align attribute targets with vehicle performance objectives.
Coordinate with simulation, testing, and design teams to finalize Vehicle Target Setting (VTS)
Participate in benchmarking, testing, and PALS/FL activities to collect attribute data
Track attribute performance throughout development and propose target adjustments when required.
Prepare technical reports and present attribute status to project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle attribute engineering or vehicle testing.
Strong knowledge of ride and handling, structural performance, or energy management.
Experience working with benchmark data and test-based target definition.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple technical topics.
Good English communication skills.
