Your Tasks

• Support the integration of Docker-based AI software mediaire with customers, usually via remote access to their systems (on-premise).
• Help identify and solve technical problems, explaining solutions clearly to the team and customers.
• Contribute to continuously improving internal processes for more efficient customer support.
• Work with the development team and experienced radiologists on product and technical infrastructure development.

Your Profile

• Passionate about technology, communicative, and enjoy supporting customers and colleagues.
• Approach technical challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset, even if complex.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Some experience with Linux and the command line.
• Technical background (e.g., degree in computer science, engineering, medical technology, or initial professional experience in technical support such as sysadmin).
• Reside in Germany.

Nice to Have (not mandatory, but a real plus)

• Experience with radiological IT systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, DICOM).
• Knowledge of Linux system administration, especially network topics or scripting with Bash or Python.
• Experience using CRM, service, or ticket systems.
• Basic programming knowledge, ideally in Python.
• Experience with Docker and Git.
• Familiarity with software or data science teams.
