Position overview
We are seeking a high-potential Junior Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top talent for Tana, for roles such as QA engineering, data analysis, junior developers, IT infrastructure, DevOps and tech support engineering. You will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews and skills assessments, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position is hybrid (3 days per week in-office, Tuesday-Thursday). Candidates must be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
