Our AI platform optimises legal workflows and enables lawyers to focus on what matters the most - people, ethics, and impact. We're expanding into new markets across Europe, and DACH is a strategic priority. We're hiring a Junior Sales & Account Executive to lead our entry into the DACH region, building the market from scratch, establishing relationships with leading law firms, and driving revenue growth in one of Europe's most important legal markets.
Your role as Junior Sales & Account Executive
As our first presence in the DACH region you’ll open a market, build partnerships, and establish how law firms experience AI for the first time. Every relationship you build, every deal you close, and every network you activate becomes the foundation for Saga's growth in the DACH region. You drive the full sales cycle. You map the German & Austrian legal market and identify priority targets, law firms, legal networks, and innovation hubs. You initiate outbound prospecting and qualify opportunities. You conduct needs-based consultations and deliver tailored demos that address local legal workflows, compliance requirements, and professional standards. You guide prospects through trials and negotiations to closed deals, working closely with our CCO and local partners. You gather market intelligence on compliance positioning - professional secrecy, GDPR, German Bar requirements, and provide feedback that shapes how we localize our approach.
What you bring to our team
You have some experience in sales and you’re looking for an entrepreneurial, market-entry environment. You know how to build a territory from scratch, establish credibility in a new market, and turn early relationships into revenue. You're comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and energized by the challenge of building something meaningful.
