Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Junior Revenue Operations to join our growing team and help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance teams by maintaining accurate data, managing subscriptions, and improving reporting and analytics.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited about understanding the inner workings of a fast-growing SaaS company. If you love spreadsheets, solving problems, and making processes more efficient, you’ll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify data integrity in CRM systems - including invoices, dashboards, deals, renewals, and billing records.
• Monitor data entry compliance by ensuring each sales representative properly fills in required CRM fields.
• Track and reconcile billing data, identifying and flagging gaps or inconsistencies proactively.
• Support revenue forecasting by maintaining clean data.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting the RevOps, Sales, and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong data-handling and analysis skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
• Strong interest in SaaS, data, and business operations, with a drive to grow and make an impact.
