Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our software team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is new to software testing and eager to gain real-world experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and product managers to test software applications, identify bugs, reduce regressions and ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases based on user stories and requirements
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and concisely using JIRA
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Run smoke test before each release
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings to help identify edge cases
• Maintain test documentation including test cases, test results, and test data
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Contribute to improving testing processes and product quality
• Collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback early in the development cycle
• Participating in regression, smoke, and exploratory testing cycles
• Learning and adhering to team best practices and QA processes
• Assist in triaging support tickets to identify and resolve root causes promptly, with a focus on reducing recurring issues.

• Candidate should be a power user of Fabric
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a QA role
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Exposure to tracking tools like JIRA
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
