Junior Operations Manager-Transportation - Requirements:

Eager to learn how to run a small business operation, grow your business management career
A hands-on problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working both indoors and out—rain or shine
Strong with the details and can use power tools
A fast learner who values feedback and collaboration
Technically capable and confident in the field
Willing to travel nationally and attend local conferences as needed
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management) or has 3-5 years of relevant management/business experience
Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record*
