Job Location: green forts onsite

Job timing: 6pm-3am

* Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

* Replace faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, and power supplies as needed.

* Install, configure, and set up new or replacement computer hardware and peripherals.

* Perform basic configuration of firewalls, routers, and network switches.

* Punch and terminate Ethernet cables (RJ45) and test network connectivity.

* Deploy and maintain network devices including wireless access points and UPS systems.

* Conduct physical maintenance and testing of network infrastructure and data connections.

* Assist senior staff with basic server maintenance and monitoring activities.

* Check system logs for disk or I/O errors and monitor server hardware health.

* Coordinate with vendors or data center teams for complex server or network repairs.

* Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, components, and spare parts.

* Manage procurement, warranty claims, and hardware repair coordination.

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network integration issues.
