• Built Something Real: Grew a social account, newsletter, community, or YouTube channel from scratch
• Ran Actual Campaigns: Marketing for a startup, student org, freelance clients, or your own hustle with measurable results
• Content That Hit: Writing, videos, or posts that got real traction (show us the numbers)
• Competitions & Recognition: Marketing case competitions, Google challenges, scholarships, top GPA
• Strategic Depth: You can explain why something worked, not just that it worked

What You'll Do

• Find users where nobody else is looking
• Create content and narratives people actually want to consume
• Analyze data ruthlessly, double down on what works, kill what doesn't
• Experiment constantly: new platforms, new formats, new hooks
• Turn users into fans through community and storytelling

How to Apply (Read Carefully)

A resume alone won't cut it. No cover letter = automatic rejection.

Attach a document titled "The Strategy" with two parts:

Part 1: Your Proof

• What's the most impressive marketing thing you've done? (Include links, screenshots, metrics)

• What made it challenging?

• What did YOU personally own vs. what a team did?

Part 2: The Airbnb Challenge

It's 2008. Airbnb just launched. Nobody trusts sleeping in a stranger's home. You have almost zero budget.

How do you get the first 1,000 bookings ?

Rules:

1. Don't give us a history lesson on what Airbnb actually did. Tell us what YOU would do.

2. Be specific, which channels, what messaging, how you execute with no money.

3. Show us you understand hustle and unconventional tactics.

4. 300-500 words max.
