We are looking for a proactive individual to support our LinkedIn marketing and Upwork-based lead generation efforts . The role focuses on identifying potential clients, outreach, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and Upwork platforms
• Identify relevant projects, submit proposals, and follow up with prospects
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Assist in creating and optimizing LinkedIn content for engagement
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions

Preferred Education

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Business Administration

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach
• Strong written communication (especially for proposals and messages)
• Organized and consistent in follow-ups
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work onsite in Rawalpindi
