Tasks
Infrastructure & Device Management
- Manage and maintain devices across Linux, macOS, and local GPU servers
- Administer Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, and MDM (Jamf)
- Maintain local network infrastructure (Ubiquiti) and handle domain/DNS management
- Manage Synology NAS systems for internal storage needs
Internal IT Support
- Provide first-line technical support for the team (access management, permissions, hardware setup)
- Run technical onboarding and offboarding for new and departing team members
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and systems
Automation & Tooling
- Build and maintain internal process automations using n8n, Zapier, Python, or Bash
- Support the development of AI-powered customer support workflows (Slack, Discord, Pylon)
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through scripting and automation
Compliance & Security
- Support SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance efforts
- Help maintain security policies and access controls
- Assist with security tooling and monitoring
Requirements
- Practical experience with Linux and/or macOS system administration
- Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
