Job Description
About Applied Computing
Applied Computing builds foundation models for the most valuable and consequential sectors on the planet, with a focus on the energy chain. We came out of stealth just over a year ago and have already seen exceptional traction.
We’re now scaling quickly and are looking for people who thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments -people who want to push the frontier of applied AI while helping us build a category-defining company.
About the Role
A Junior Graphic Designer is sought to help shape the visual expression of a deep-tech organization with teams in Bangalore and London. This role focuses on producing clean, modern, carefully constructed design assets across digital and print channels—supporting product communication, presentations, social media, and digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with senior design and marketing stakeholders to deliver materials that are consistent with our brand and tailored to multiple formats and platforms.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, along with confident proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. You should be able to translate complex, technical ideas into elegant and coherent visual outputs, while working efficiently through feedback and iteration. We value poise, attention to detail, and a steady, proactive approach in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Flexible working hours are offered.
This position reports to Applied Computing’s Design Lead, a seasoned design professional who is passionate about high-quality output and creating standout company assets that help us communicate clearly and compete distinctively.
