About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer(Strong Beckend Experience Preferred) who can take ownership of end-to-end product development from frontend UX to backend business logic and integrations.

This is a hands-on role with significant influence on architecture, technical decisions, and product direction.

What You’ll Work On

Frontend (Web)

Build user-facing applications using TypeScript + React (Next.js)
Implement complex UI states (hire-ready, locked, cooldown, banned)
Create intuitive flows for onboarding, hiring, messaging, and management
Work closely with product and design to deliver polished UX

Backend & APIs

Design and build APIs using Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI)
Implement core domain logic:
Teams, roles, contracts, bans, subscriptions
Payment states and escrow lifecycle
Build secure role-based access control (RBAC)
Integrate background jobs and webhooks
