JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting o8t’s finance function as the business continues to scale. Reporting into the Vice President, Finance, this role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial records, owning core reporting processes, and supporting compliance, budgeting, and operational finance activities across the group.

This position is hands-on and end-to-end, covering general ledger management, month-end close, management and statutory reporting, and day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, payroll, and expenses. The Junior Finance Manager will also contribute to building a best-in-class finance function by improving processes, strengthening financial controls, and driving automation initiatives to enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of financial information.

Operating in a fast-growing SaaS environment, the role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, curious by nature, and motivated to continuously improve how things are done. Strong technical accounting capability, sound judgement, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders are essential, as is a high degree of integrity and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the General Ledger, ensuring the accuracy for both internal and external reporting.
• Own the month-end financial reporting process - including the production P&L, Balance Sheet reconciliations, Consolidations and Cash Flow Statements.
• Prepare accurate and insightful monthly management reports for senior executives and Board of Directors.
