About The Role
As a Junior Disbursement Analyst, you will serve our client's needs by handling port and other costs analysis of the vessels following Harbor LAB's standards. If clients are asking for, you might also work with one of the most important parties for a vessel's operation, our registered Agents or any other third party, aiming to provide the most smooth experience to the Principals through our high-tech platform.
What You Will Be Doing
Check and Review the PDA and FDA costs following Harbor Lab's standards
Negotiate with agents and/or port service providers, look for spot agreements or contracts on behalf of the client
Review charter party, worldscale, bimco, etc to identify and mark Charterer's Account or rebillable items, if any in the proforma or final DA
Effectively communicate with internal and external business stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Maritime Economics or related field. A MSc degree will be an asset
