The purpose of this role is to support ROV inspection and marine survey projects by assisting in processing and organising visual and sonar data, preparing accurate technical reports, maintaining project records, and supporting technical and sales teams with documentation. The role enables the timely delivery of high-quality project outputs

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in marine robotics, ROV operations, and data-driven engineering work.

Key Responsibilities Data Processing Support:

• Assist in reviewing and organising ROV inspection videos and images.
• Support processing of SONAR data (imaging sonar, profiling sonar, etc.) under guidance.
• Perform basic data checks to ensure completeness and quality.
• Organise and archive project data in a structured manner.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in the preparation of ROV inspection and survey reports.
• Prepare inspection logs, image snapshots, tables, and basic summaries.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and project documentation as per company procedures.
• Ensure documents are well-formatted, accurate, and submitted on time.

Technical & Sales Team Support

• Support the technical team in preparing:

○ Method statements

○ Procedures

○ Project documentation

• Assist the sales/proposals team with:

○ Technical write-ups

○ Equipment descriptions

○ Past project data and report samples

• Help compile client presentations and submission documents.

Required Qualifications & Experience Diploma / BE / BTech ,

• Civil
• Computer Applications (BCA)

Or any other relevant discipline

Freshers / 0–1 year experience

Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of engineering principles.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn data processing and reporting tools used in marine surveys.
• Basic computer and file management skills.
