About the Role
Reporting into the Creative Lead, the Junior Creative supports the Creative Studio in delivering high-quality video and graphic content across multiple clients and platforms. This role is focused on execution, learning, and creative contribution, with opportunities to develop strategic thinking and technical skills under guidance from senior team members.
What You’ll Do
Creative Execution & Support
Create high-quality video and graphic assets for digital marketing channels, following briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction.
Support the Creative Lead and wider studio in developing content aligned to client strategies.
Assist on creative output for client pitches, including concept development, mock-ups, and supporting visuals.
Contribute to videos and graphics across campaigns, adapting content for multiple formats and platforms.
Creative Development & Collaboration
Take part in creative reviews, implementing feedback and learning how to refine work for stronger performance.
Assist in exploring new and innovative content ideas, contributing concepts that help position clients effectively.
Work collaboratively with other creatives, designers, and strategists to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
Be open to guidance and mentorship, using feedback to continually improve output quality.
Production & Post-Production Support
Support the post-production process, including editing, asset preparation, and versioning under direction.
Help track creative feedback and notes, ensuring changes are actioned accurately and within deadlines.
Assist in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising workload with support from senior team members.
Platform & Industry Awareness
Stay up to date with platform trends, creative best practices, and emerging formats across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Apply platform-specific guidance when adapting creative, with support from the Creative Lead.
Show curiosity around algorithm changes, performance-driven creative, and content innovation.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
A portfolio with strong examples of graphics, motion graphics, and template-based design.
Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, with a growing interest in AI-driven design.
Comfortable working with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Detail-oriented, organised, and confident handling multiple projects at once.
Clear communication skills, and open to feedback, iteration, and learning from more experienced team members.
