Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for individuals with
- Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Looker.
- Familiarity with SQL and Google BigQuery.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills and a conscientious, reliable approach to tasks.
- A creative approach to improving and implementing processes.
- Full working proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (nice to have)
- Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivity

- Analyzing and evaluating the company's current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparation of reports, presentations and analyses, presentation of ideas and conclusions at meetings
- Processes automation
- Analytical support of other departments
- Data update and preparation of analytical dashboards
- Data integration between tools and sources
