Team To bring our vision to life, we work closely with our partners to unlock the transformative power of generative AI. Our Customer Team empowers them by leveraging Aleph Alpha’s sovereign solution stack, ensuring they can harness AI’s full potential with confidence and security.

As our Junior AI Solutions Engineer , you will work on implementing a solution concept to scale up our business according to the company targets. You will work closely with Engineering and Product to help them shape a stable production environment.

Your Responsibilities

Support the creation of customer project timelines and assist in facilitating product evaluations and proof of concept (PoC) activities.
Contribute ideas to innovative solutions that improve user experience for customers and external partners.
Help interpret customer needs and begin translating business goals into clear, basic technical requirements with guidance from senior team members.
Take part in the design, deployment, and basic configuration of solutions, learning to adapt and implement them to meet customer needs.

Your Profile

Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and growing knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Exposure to software development projects, ideally in collaborative or academic settings, with some experience contributing to real-world or team-based environments.
Interest in working on customer-facing or solution-focused projects, with a willingness to learn technical pre/post-sales or implementation practices that support customer success.
