Are you excited about working hands-on with AI systems that are used by real customers every day? At Momants , we’re building AI agents that power conversational experiences for events and attractions. No experiments, just AI that works in production.
We’re looking for a Junior AI Operations & Implementation Specialist who enjoys setting things up, working closely with customers, testing, improving, and keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers from onboarding onwards , owning the successful setup, launch, and ongoing performance of their AI agents.

📍 Location & Setup
Hybrid role ; working 3 days per week from our Amsterdam office , with flexibility for remote work on the remaining days.
What Will You Do?
✅ Act as the main contact person for customers from onboarding onwards .
✅Gather customer requirements and translate them into working AI agent setups.
✅Configure and implement AI agents for new and existing customers.
✅ Support customer onboarding by collecting requirements and translating them into working AI setups.
✅ Test AI agent behavior, identify issues, and improve reliability and performance.
✅ Adjust prompts, conversation flows, and settings based on test results and real usage.
✅ Monitor live AI agents and help keep them running smoothly in production.
✅ Document configurations, processes, and learnings to improve scalability.
✅ Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to improve internal and external workflows.
What Are We Looking For?
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (operations, implementation, onboarding, support, SaaS, or similar).
✔️ Strong interest in AI and how it’s applied in real products.
✔️ Comfortable working with tools, dashboards, and configuration settings.
✔️ A structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
✔️ Hands-on mindset: you like testing, tweaking, and improving things until they work.
✔️ Clear communicator, both internally and with customers when needed.
✔️ Dutch-speaking is a nice to have .
✔️ No heavy coding required. Technical curiosity is more important than deep technical skills.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
✨ Experience onboarding customers or implementing SaaS products.
✨ Basic understanding of prompts or conversational flows.
✨ Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
