The mission
Physical Robotics is a Norway-based humanoid robotics company founded by Dr. Phuong Nguyen (ex-cofounder of 1X Technologies) and backed by Skyfall Ventures together with leading Norwegian industrial partners and investors.
We are building humanoid robots designed for
real industrial deployment
, not lab demos. To do that, we need a strong operational foundation-clear documentation, organized workflows, and reliable administrative support.
As a
Junior Administrative & Operations Assistant
, you will help keep the company organized while learning how a high-performance technology startup operates from the inside.
What you will do
You will support the
day-to-day operations
of the company and gradually take on more ownership as you grow:
- Assist with company administration and documentation
- Help organize files, contracts, and internal records
- Support meeting scheduling, calendars, and coordination
- Assist with invoices, expenses, and basic financial tracking
- Help with onboarding new team members
- Coordinate with external partners (accounting, legal, vendors)
- Support office and operational logistics
- Keep internal tools and documents up to date
You will work closely with leadership and the engineering team and
learn fast
.

- Becoming the go-to person for internal organization
- Improving simple processes to save the team time
- Helping structure documentation as the company scales
- Supporting hiring, events, and partner coordination
- Taking ownership of specific operational areas over time

Required (must-have)
- Recently graduated or early in your career (fresher / junior level)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Docs, Excel, email)
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Reliable, structured, and proactive attitude
No prior startup experience required—we will teach you.
Nice to have (but not required)
- Internship or part-time experience in administration or operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance
- Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, or similar
- Norwegian language skills (bonus, not mandatory)
- Interest in technology, robotics, or startups
