At Nanoprecise, we’re looking for a Junior AI Security & Governance Engineer (SecOps) who’s excited about AI security, cloud platforms, and modern compliance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing, not by watching from the sidelines.

What You’ll Work On

• Helping secure AI & ML systems (threat modeling, access controls, governance)
• Supporting red team & blue team security activities
• Learning how to test and break apps (ethically) — including mobile apps
• Assisting with Microsoft 365 security & governance (Entra ID, Defender, Purview)
• Supporting compliance efforts for GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, and FedRAMP
• Working alongside senior engineers on real security incidents and audits

What We’re Looking For

• Early-career experience (0–3 years) in security, IT, cloud, or software engineering
• Strong curiosity about AI security and how modern attacks work
• Basic understanding of:
• Application & cloud security
• Identity and access management
• Red vs Blue teaming concepts
• Some scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and document things properly (yes, that matters)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to mobile app security (Android / iOS)
• Familiarity with Microsoft security tools
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2)
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Security certs or relevant coursework
