Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jhansi as a Jr. Design Engineer - OHE (Overhead Equipment). The role involves responsibilities such as creating and updating design layouts, collaborating on OHE-related projects, and utilizing CAD and other design tools to deliver precise and efficient outputs. The individual will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements while contributing to innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering, Product Design, and the overall design process.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts and principles.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software for technical designs and modeling.
• Understanding of Electrical Engineering, including concepts related to Overhead Equipment (OHE).
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical requirements and propose solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Prior experience in the railway or infrastructure sector is advantageous.
