Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Data Ops for a full-time, on-site position in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on supporting the integration of building systems into the Bandora platform through structured data collection, validation, and database management.

The Junior Data Ops will be responsible for collecting technical information from HVAC and building system models, cataloging communication variables and parameters, and selecting the correct variables from the internal database. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work with structured operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize technical information from HVAC and building system models.
• Catalog communication variables and parameters from different equipment and protocols.
• Consult the internal database and select the correct variables for each integration.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across projects.
• Support the standardization of integration workflows and operational processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with operational data.
• Basic understanding of databases, data entry, or data validation processes.
• Interest in HVAC systems, building management systems (BMS), or energy efficiency is a plus.
• Ability to follow processes and work independently on repetitive but critical tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical background in Engineering, IT, or similar field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
