Role Overview

As a Lead Journeyman Electrician, you will be at the forefront of our electrical operations, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of industrial electricians on daily tasks and projects
• Plan, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and components in an industrial setting
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support facility goals
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections
• Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification (Master Electrician preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
