Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java MSB Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Kafka, and MongoDB to design, develop, and manage scalable, cloud native microservices solutions. The role demands hands on experience in AWS infrastructure design, event driven systems, and infrastructure automation, with a focus on high availability and performance.

Key Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands on experience in Java development, primarily in MSB / Microservices based architectures

• Strong experience with Kafka for event driven and streaming architectures

• Hands on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, performance tuning, and integration

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Preferred

• Strong understanding of Core AWS Services, including:

o EC2, S3, ALB

o NAT Gateway, EFS

o Lambda, API Gateway

• Ability to design AWS infrastructure, including Disaster Recovery (DR) at the infrastructure level

• Hands on experience with Infrastructure Provisioning using Terraform on AWS

• Proven experience in building highly available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to cloud security, logging, and monitoring best practices

• Experience working with large scale distributed systems
