Buy Rate: 6 0/hr HCL REQ. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Backend Developer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience in iOS development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services using Java technologies and supporting mobile application development using Swift and/or Kotlin . This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in an in-person interview with the customer. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks
Develop and support full-stack applications, ensuring seamless backend and mobile integration
Build and enhance iOS/mobile components using Swift and/or Kotlin
Integrate backend services with mobile applications and third-party systems
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams
Participate in in-person technical interviews and discussions with the client team

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 10 years of professional experience in Java backend development
Strong experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with full-stack development concepts
Experience with iOS/mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices architecture
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
