该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、负责系统开发与移植,包括但不限于 Linux 嵌入式系统固件开发和移植,涵盖多媒体、图像处理相关模块,同时承担系统软件的开发与维护工作;开展嵌入式软件开发、系统级调试与测试,分析并定位嵌入式系统软硬件联调过程中的相关问题。 2、负责驱动与底层优化,包括但不限于进行各外设模块驱动程序的开发、维护,以及底层软件的性能优化、系统稳定性保障和系统安全加固。 3、负责算法应用适配,在 TPU 硬件平台上移植AI算法并优化性能与精度,开发推理应用底层框架以提升执行效率,同时支持新一代 TPU;负责客户项目对接与支持,推动算法应用落地。 4、负责云平台协同开发,参与云算力平台业务开发(包括用户界面、后台管理),进行推理集群部署与自动化管理,持续提升平台运行效率及算法推理性能;跟踪业界最新 LLM、多模态框架,推动新算力框架在嵌入式场景的部署与落地。 任职要求: 1、硕士及以上学历,通信、电子、自动化、计算机等相关专业,具备一定的电子电路知识。 2、熟悉 Linux 系统,有 Linux 使用经验,能够编写 bash 等脚本、安装和移植应用。 3、具备较强的编程基础,掌握 C、C++ 编程,熟悉 C++、Python 通用开发与调试,并有一定的工程构建与代码版本管理经验。 4、拥有良好的沟通与表达能力,最好有项目管理和团队合作经验。 加分项: 1、熟悉 CV、语音、LLM、多模态等至少一个领域的AI算法,了解其原理、流程及评价指标。 2、具备 Web 开发基础,熟悉前后端及数据库开发。 3、了解 TGI、vLLM、SGLang 等分布式推理和训练框架,有部署、优化与维护经验者优先。 4、熟悉 LLM 原理及使用,有大规模算法或算子性能优化经验者优先。 工作方向: BSP软件开发 多媒体软件开发 算法应用开发 云算力平台开发 嵌入式软件开发 工作地点 北京、深圳、青岛、厦门、上海、成都(任选)
