You will resolve issues across Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and peripheral devices , while maintaining a high level of service and user satisfaction. You will work with diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems, managing user accounts and access permissions, and ensuring adherence to IT security protocols.
