IT Support Engineer (L2) – Telecom & Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for IT environments, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and handling complex incidents.
• Monitor systems and applications using appropriate tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Understand and manage interactions between databases, servers, and applications.
• Handle incident management processes and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Actively contribute to change management , including participation in change advisory boards (CAB).
• Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation (procedures, runbooks, knowledge base articles).
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (technical teams, business users, vendors).
• Work autonomously in critical environments with minimal supervision.
• Apply knowledge of telecom architectures, including:
• Mobile core network concepts
• Key components of a mobile operator’s infrastructure
• System interconnections
• Industry standards and their strategic implications
