Job Summary:

This role involves developing automation solutions, writing code, and managing IT infrastructure to enhance operations and improve customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and increase productivity.

• Write clean, well-documented code in languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

• Basic skills in backend and frontend development, utilizing server-side languages and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).

• Ability to learn AWS services and cloud architecture principles.

• Implement project management best practices

• Develop and maintain project documentation and templates

• Recommend and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

Required:

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications

• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience

• Ability to understand and write basic codes in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, and project management
